Graham Fidling

I am an established mobile butcher and have just entered my 20th year of trading.  All my meat is locally reared on the outskirts of Horncastle by Mellors Farmers in Haltham, Lincolnshire. 

 

Being in the meat and food preparation industry obviously, hygiene is of the highest importance.  That is why I am proud to say that I have a food hygiene rating of 5/5 from the Food Standards Agency.
